On Monday, February 27, 2023, the Eastern District of Texas (the "Court") granted an order (the "Interim Receivership Order") pursuant to section, XX of the XX, whereby Planetary IP, LLC was appointed interim receiver (the "Interim Receiver") of Realtime Adaptive Streaming (“Realtime”) LLC patent assets.

 

The Interim Receiver is the now interim court-appointed owner of the following patents:
